™
One place to hire, find work and run a recruitment business.
As2Hire™ is a hiring and work platform built by ASAN Infosoft in Bengaluru. Companies find the right people, people find work, recruitment agencies run their whole business on one screen — and anyone can tell us a problem or an app idea, and we'll build it.
What we do
Hire people
Companies and HR search an anonymous talent pool by skills, experience and city, post jobs free, and ask our team for a shortlist.
Find a job
Job seekers upload a resume once; AI fills the profile, matching jobs come to them, and their number stays private.
Software for agencies
Recruitment agencies manage candidates, clients, jobs, GST invoices and guarantees — and get hiring leads from companies on As2Hire.
As2Hire Hands
Homeowners, builders and offices get prices from verified contractors and skilled workers — plumbers, painters, site labour and more.
As2Hire Abilities
Jobs for persons with disabilities, with inclusive employers who are approved by our team, and sign-up that works with screen readers and WhatsApp.
As2Hire Build
Post an app idea or a problem you face. Our team quotes and builds websites, mobile apps and software to solve it.
How we work
Privacy first
Profiles are anonymous until a candidate agrees to share. Every consent is recorded, and nobody is messaged on WhatsApp without saying yes.
Simple for everyone
Big buttons, plain words, phone-friendly pages and WhatsApp updates — built for people who don't use computers every day, too.
Fair pricing
Free for job seekers, workers and homeowners. Businesses pay simple monthly plans, and agencies pay only when a lead turns into a hire. See pricing.
Made in Bengaluru
Designed and run in India, for Indian hiring: GST invoices, notice periods, CTC in lakhs and the way local agencies actually work.
