Cancellation & Refund Policy
In short: you can cancel any plan at any time and keep using it until the end of the period you paid for. We refund duplicate or wrong charges in full.
1. Free trial
Agency plans start with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and you can stop at any time.
2. Cancelling a subscription
Agency and HR plans can be cancelled at any time from your Billing page or by emailing contact@asaninfosoft.in. The plan stays active until the end of the current paid month; it is not renewed after that. Your data is kept so you can come back later.
3. Refunds
- Duplicate or wrong charges (for example charged twice, or charged after cancelling): refunded in full.
- Service not available: if As2Hire is unavailable for more than 3 days in a row in a paid month because of a fault on our side, we refund that month on request.
- Unused part of a month after you cancel: not refunded, but you keep access until the month ends.
- Lead hire fee (₹1,000 + GST): charged only when a candidate from an As2Hire lead has joined. If the candidate did not actually join, tell us within 30 days and the fee is refunded or cancelled. A free replacement within your guarantee period is never charged.
- Custom app projects: refunds follow the milestones in the written quote you approved.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email contact@asaninfosoft.in with your account email, the payment date and the amount. We reply within 2 working days.
5. When you get the money
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
6. Delivery of service
As2Hire is an online service; nothing is shipped. Plans and premium features are switched on in your account immediately after payment, and you get an email confirmation.
