Terms of Use
In short: As2Hire connects job seekers, skilled workers, employers, recruitment agencies, builders and contractors. By using it you agree that the information you give us — including your resume or business details — may be shared with other users of the platform for job and business opportunities, as described below and in our Privacy Policy.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, logging in, ticking “I agree”, or submitting any form on As2Hire (including posting a job, a requirement, a listing, a hiring request or an app idea), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use As2Hire. You must be at least 18 years old. If you act for a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. Who uses As2Hire
- Job seekers and skilled workers who share resumes or work profiles to find work.
- Employers / HR who search profiles and request candidates.
- Recruitment agencies who use our CRM and share requests and shortlists with their clients.
- Builders, contractors and facility service providers who post requirements, quote, and hire workers.
- People who post app ideas or software requirements for our team to quote and build.
- The As2Hire company team, who run, review and moderate the platform.
3. Sharing of your profile, resume and details
The purpose of As2Hire is to connect people with opportunities. By using it you give us permission to:
- store your resume, profile, work details, availability and contact details;
- show an anonymous version of your profile (skills, experience, location, roles and projects — without your name, phone, email or employer names) to employers, recruitment agencies, builders, contractors and our partners;
- share your full resume and contact details with an employer, recruitment agency, builder, contractor or partner when you are shortlisted, when you apply or express interest, or when you otherwise ask us to connect you;
- share your business details (for contractors and service providers) with builders, companies and buyers who look for or request your services;
- process your resume with automated tools (including AI) to extract skills, remove personal identifiers and write an anonymous summary;
- contact you by email, phone, SMS and WhatsApp about jobs, requests, applications, your availability and your account. You can stop WhatsApp reminders any time by replying STOP.
Users who receive your details may only use them for the opportunity they were shared for. As2Hire is not responsible for how other users act outside the platform, but we will act on any complaint of misuse.
4. Information uploaded by someone else
Employers, recruitment agencies, contractors and our team may upload resumes or worker details on behalf of candidates. Whoever uploads them confirms that they have the person's consent to share that information on As2Hire for job opportunities, and is responsible for that consent. Anyone whose details were uploaded can ask us to correct or delete them (see section 11).
5. Your responsibilities
- Give true, current information. Do not upload fake resumes, someone else's details without consent, or misleading jobs or requirements.
- Keep your password / PIN private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not ask candidates or workers for money to get a job. Do not post jobs that are illegal, discriminatory or unsafe.
- Do not copy, scrape, resell or bulk-download data from As2Hire beyond the limits of your plan.
- Pay workers, contractors and agencies as you agree with them, and follow labour, safety and tax laws.
6. No guarantee
We help people connect; we do not guarantee a job, a candidate, a contract, a quote, a payment or any outcome. Employers, agencies, builders and contractors must do their own checks (identity, references, licences, background) before hiring or paying anyone. Profiles are written or rephrased from information provided by users and may contain errors.
7. App ideas and software requirements
- Posting an idea is free and does not create any obligation for you or for us. We may decline any idea.
- We keep your idea confidential. We may share an anonymous brief (without your name or contact details) with developers on As2Hire who are bound to keep it confidential and use it only to quote or build it.
- Price, timeline, deliverables and ownership of the finished software are set only by the written quote you accept. Unless that quote says otherwise, you own the delivered work once you have paid in full.
- We may receive similar ideas from others; posting an idea does not stop us from working on independently created similar ideas.
- Developers who work on a project agree that the code and materials they create for it are assigned to As2Hire / the client as set out in their assignment, and that they will not contact the client directly.
7a. As2Hire Abilities (persons with disabilities)
- Abilities is free for candidates. Disability details are optional; the candidate chooses whether approved employers see them, see them only after an accepted interview, or never.
- Only employers approved by the As2Hire team can search Abilities profiles or send invites. A candidate's name and contact go to an employer only after the candidate accepts that employer's invite or applies to its job.
- A family member, helper, NGO or school may create a profile for a candidate only with the candidate's consent, and confirms that consent when submitting.
- Employers using Abilities pledge to judge candidates on ability, offer reasonable support at interviews and work, pay fairly, never charge candidates, and keep their details confidential. We may remove any employer that breaks this pledge.
8. Paid plans
Some features (candidate premium, agency subscriptions, build projects) are paid. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay or Stripe; we do not store your card details. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires or where we agree in writing.
9. Content and the platform
You keep ownership of what you upload, and you give As2Hire a licence to store, process, display and share it as described in these terms. The As2Hire software, design and brand belong to ASAN Infosoft.
10. Suspension
We may hide content, limit or close accounts that break these terms, the law, or harm other users. You may close your account at any time.
11. Your rights and complaints
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to our Grievance Officer: Grievance Officer, ASAN Infosoft, contact@asaninfosoft.in. Withdrawing consent stops future sharing; it does not undo sharing that already happened while consent was given.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, ASAN Infosoft is not liable for indirect losses, or for acts of other users, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version date is shown at the top; when it changes you will be asked to agree again at your next login. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
